How to store your clothes

Any white garment that is going to remain stored for a long period should be wrapped either in paper or in a blue fabric. This will prevent them from becoming yellowish with the time.
Moth can easily attack leather or wool garments. You can avoid them by putting inside the closet a paint-soaked paper, e.g., newspaper. You can also spread in the closet drawers and shelves black pepper grains or naphthalene pellets.
To avoid mold smell, fill a thin stocking with cedar sawdust and hang it in your closet. Now, if your closet is wet, fill some glasses with chalk or limestone and distribute them uncovered in your closet.
